Ingredients & seasonings : 2 bunches of water spinach weed, wash & drain 1 tablespoon oyster sauce 2 bay leaves 2 cm ginger cracked 1/2 tsp Sasa 1/2 tsp of sugar Salt 1 teaspoon shrimp paste 100 ml of water Oil for sautéing Blend : 4 shallots 2 cloves of garlic 4 curly red chili fruits 3 red cayenne fruit HOW TO MAKE CAH KANGKUNG TERASI : Heat oil, sauté fine spices, bay leaves & fragrant ginger. Add water, oyster sauce & shrimp paste. Add salt, sugar & stir well. Add kale, mix well & cook wither / ripe. Lift & served.
