Sew the chicken's stomach pits tightly, remove the thick fat. Boil water, salt. Enter the chicken position of the chest face down. Boil chicken skin stiff. Lift & Drain. After the cold, rub the chicken with mixed spices mixed flat. Bake in an oven with a temperature of 180 ° celcius 45 minutes sponge, ripe & dry skin. Remove & serve with the remaining marinade.
