Material : 100 g of drain washing noodles 750 ml of water / fish broth 1 bay leaf 1 piece of lemongrass takes the white part of the mixture 300 g thin sliced snapper / grouper fillets 1 tablespoon of soy sauce 1 cm of ginger bruise ½ teaspoon pepper powder 1 tsp salt 1 smooth kecombrang flower 2 slices of finely sliced chives How to : Boil noodles, water, bay leaves & lemongrass with medium heat stir the cooked Noodles Add fish, soy sauce, ginger, pepper & salt Cook the porridge thickens Sprinkle the kecombrang & kucai flowers, mix well Lift and serve hot
