Ingredients & seasonings: 1 kg of chicken meat 3 vegetable star fruit 1 l of water to boil The oil for frying Blend: 2 turmeric size 4 cm 5 shallots 3 garlic cloves 8 pecan nuts Salt HOW TO COOK GURIH YELLOW FROZEN CHICKEN: Cut chicken meat & wash it clean, leave the starfruit juice on the water, let stand for 30 minutes. Wash again clean & drain. Smear the chicken pieces with fine spices, stir the meat mixed evenly with the spices. Boil with a pan covered in a heat while the water shrinks by half and the seasoning permeates the meat, turn off the heat. After being cold, fry in hot oil on low heat / brownish yellow, remove & drain.
