Material: 1 kg of chicken, cut, boiled 200 ml of coconut ½ coconut 200 ml of water ½ tsp Sasa 1 tsp salt ½ teaspoon pepper powder 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce Right amount of oil Smooth seasoning: 6 red chilies 4 shallots 4 cloves garlic 1 tsp coriander 1/2 tsp nutmeg 5 cm galangal 5 pecan nuts HOW TO COOK SANTAN CHICKEN: Heat oil, fry the cooked chicken pieces brownish, remove & drain. Saute fine spices with fragrant oil. Add salt, powdered pepper & Sasa, stir & cook fragrant. Add the coconut milk, mix well. Add fried chicken, mix well, add water & soy sauce, mix well, cover. Cook the sauce a little & the spices soak. Lift & serve the menu with family.
