Butter Rice Material : 2 servings of white rice 1 tbsp margarine 1 egg 1 tbsp liquid milk / water Pepper powder Karage Sauce : 4 pieces of chicken karage 2 slices of sausage 1 tablespoon tomato sauce 1/2 tbsp chilli sauce 1/2 tbsp sweet soy sauce 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce 1/2 large onion cloves 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder Cooking oil Way : Fried chicken karage, ripe for 3 minutes, set aside. Boil the sliced sausage over 3 minutes, set aside. Butter rice : Melt margarine, add rice, mix well. Beat the eggs in the bowl and add the milk. Enter the rice, add pepper, stir. Cook eggs cooked, set aside 5 minutes Karage sauce : Saute the onion withered & fragrant, put the sausage pieces, Add 4 kinds of sauce, water mix well. Cook pervades 3 minutes. It was served hot.
