Ingredients & Seasonings of Simple Cireng Dough: 125 g of aci / starch / tapioca flour 75 grams of flour 150 ml of boiled hot water 1 clove of garlic mashed 1 stalk of leeks, thinly sliced ½ teaspoon salt T tsp pepper / pepper powder ½ tsp Sasa Lime & additional leaf slices onion when serving Ingredients & Seasonings of Cireng Gravy: 300 ml of water ½ teaspoon salt ¼ tsp pepper / pepper ½ tsp Sasa 3 shallots 1 clove of garlic 5 curly red chilies 4 red cayenne fruit, depending on size / spicy which are desired Red onion, garlic, curly chili & cayenne beaten roughly How to make Cireng Banyur: Mix and mix hot water with garlic smooth, salt, pepper, Sasa & chives. Combine aci flour & flour in container, mix well. Pour hot water mixed with spices gradually / stirred into a flour mixture container Because it's hot, stir using a spoon /  shake the rice, knead it with the hands of the dough equally. Form the cireng as desired, sprinkle it again with  aci flour is not sticky. Fried cireng formed on low heat,  lift & drain perfectly. Make cireng sauce, heat stir-fry oil in the pan, add the seasoning mixture, stir fragrance. Pour water, give salt, pepper & Sasa, stir flat & cook boiling & ripe. Put the cireng in a serving bowl, banjur /  flush with cireng sauce. Give the juice of lime / limo & sprinkle with chives, cireng banyur  eaten.
