Preparation of Bakwan Sayur Seasoning Ingredients: 300 g of flour 60 g of rice flour 20 g of cornstarch 200 g of thinly sliced cabbage 2 carrots cut by matches 50 g of small sliced green beans 2 small chopped scallions 3 small celery sticks sliced 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp Sasa 1 tsp pepper powder 400 ml of water The oil for frying Blend: 2 garlic cloves 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp ebi 1 tsp coriander How to Make Bakwan Sayur Bala - Bala: Prepare the container, pour the 3 types of flour, salt, Sasa & pepper, stir evenly pour the water & add the spices, mix well. Add vegetables, celery & leaf leaves, mix well and the mixture is fried. Heat the oil, pour 1 spoonful of the mixture, fry the brownish yellow. Remove & drain, serve warm.
