Ingredients : 500 g of finely chopped red snapper meat 2 tablespoons bread flour 1 chicken egg shake 1 tbsp finely sliced leeks 1 grated garlic clove ½ teaspoon pepper powder 1 tsp salt Cooking oil Dipping : 1 tablespoon of flour 1 whisked chicken egg whites 100 g of white bread flour Complementary : Bottled tomato sauce Green cucumber thinly sliced How to : Stir in snapper meat, bread flour, eggs, leeks, garlic, pepper & flat salt Divide the dough into 4 pieces The shape becomes round flat Roll in flat flour Dip in egg whites rolled in flat bread flour Allow 30 minutes to dry If the freezer is stored, put it in a tightly closed container & give a plastic mat not sticky Fry in hot oil & lots of golden yellow Lift & drain Serve with the complement
